I cant remember this movie’s name, but I remember it was an 80s cult classic with an actress who was/is considered a scream queen.

There were 3 main actors, her, a cop, and a third guy. I believe it was one of their mentors that made the machine, and was consumed by it. The machine made people want to turn it on the longer they were around it, and when they turned it on they all got really “steamy” and would have sex, but the longer they had it on the more dangerous it got and it ended up killing a bunch of them and I’m pretty sure it had some type of penis looking tentacle

Also I saw a video on youtube where the lead actress was signing pictures from the movie at a convention, pretty sure the title started with an f or ph but I’m not sure on that. Thanks!
