I remember seeing this movie on TV when I was young, sometime in the 90’s. The only scene I can remember is one where the blonde heroine gets captured by the villain and hauled away in a truck. The villain threatens her and runs a knife tip over her knee, and her stockings remind me of fishnets. It had an 80’s adventure movie feel to it, and the scene I recall was set in the desert, if I remember correctly. Been looking for this one for years. Villain was dark-haired and had a mustache, I think.
