Ok, I was like 5 seeing random scenes of this movie and keep having dreams about it so I’ll do my best. It is about a warrior with sword and has to battle a queen who is evil, there is a magic ring she is after, I remember a scene where I guess he is being seduced and the woman turns into a creature and in the end he is going after queen and remember a scene where he pulls the ring from the mouth of a statue like a gargoyle or something

I don’ t remember a woman turning into a creature, but that sounds like a scene from the 1st Conan film. Maybe you’re combining the two?

No it was not Conan think it was a lower budget movie, taking the large stone ring from the statues mouth is very vivid tho
