All I remember is 2 kids, I’m pretty sure girls , were held up in an attic. The couple raising them were cruel. I remember at some point near the end the girl managed to chop their heads off and had them in buckets. It’s a color film, old I remember seein it in the early 90’s as a kid. Really spooked me and have been searching for it. English film.
