ok to describe details of this movie I think it was a zombie or undead flick, i do not know when it was made, the details I remember the best was a school mistress or house mistress was punishing one of the girls ,she had black hair, white t shirt on and was tied up being hosed down by this cruel lady and the water stream was strong enough to rip off her t shirt, meanwhile undead or zombies was killing the other students in the house or that was later perhaps,i watched this movie on vhs between 1990-92 but I am sure was made earlier.any ideas?

Very similar scene with the nurse and the hose scene but no the lady was not a nurse she was like the head of a school dorm or house and I remember zombies.The girl being hosed looked Greek or Mediterranean descent.if that helps
