Trying to remember/find an old cartoon from my childhood early to mid 1990s… but the cartoon may have been made late 1980s???… All I can remember is one quote of which is someone shouting “the redcoats are coming, the redcoats are coming”… In which in my memory there appears to be redcoats on horses running down a dirt path in the distance over some hills towards the camera. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, did you ever find this film or cartoon? I remember “the red coats are coming, the red coats are coming” as well from the same time frame but no idea where it was from. I can even remember the voice so well! Please let me know if you ever found a title. After watching Liberty Kids, Animaniacs etc I’m sure it wasn’t them. In animaniacs they say “The british are coming” and I distinctly remember them saying “the redcoats are coming”. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

You’re all wrong! My brother and I recall this as many describe too but from Dennis the Menace from the 80s/90s . Episode called “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Dennis” Google search will reveal the episode.
