I remember the actor was very attractive. It’s like a troubled young adult, and I think he gets into boxing or some indoor sport. I remember a scene, music is playing in it. And the main character has a ladder and is exercising on it, he’s climbing across it back and forth. And he continues to “build strength” as music plays and switches to different scenes. He has a female love interest who isn’t interested in him in the beginning. And a mentor as well.
