scenes around america, weird one

hi everybody,

i try search a movie, there’s some scenes ( maybe 3-4 parts), about deepest america.He’s few weird and violent too

In one scene, there’s a woman who try to get attention to his husband, and cut her face for it…the husband take care of her after that
