pls I don’t remember much of this movie but what I remember is this , there is a bad guy that berries  another guy or a girl with oxygen enough for a couple of days , then FBI or police some service like that has to do what he says if they do he will give the location of the Barried guy , another scene I remember  is that the guy went to jail and he requested that they bring him food to the prison if they do so they will get a hint of where he is berried , then I remember that after he gets his food which was a steak he takes the bone from it and stabs or cuts another prisoners throat. Pls help me I really want to re watch this movie
