I watched a film a few months ago (I think there’s a chance it may have been in Dutch, but the version I watched had English subtitles)  about a young prostitute in Europe. It appeared to be very old, but in color  and had a sort of grainy-ness to it. The first I remember was on a ship, and then it soon cuts to a scene with a man and a woman having intercourse (still on the ship), but they are soon to interrupted by our main. Another important scene I remember is when the main actress is seeing a doctor, but can’t pay for the medicine. The doctor asks our lead whether or not she likes him, and the film cuts away before we are given a proper response from her. I originally saw this film on YouTube and discovered a Wikipedia page on it. Despite the smuttiness, it was a very good movie.
