Movie rather from late 90 or early 2000…. Not sure..

Its about a girl who works in some kind of small psychiatric institution in which there is a character named Alex(I think) who is always using white latex gloves and face is never showed…They both seem to know eachother a bit..Maybe non other than a Hi-Goodbye! relationship..lol

Later on,”Alex” kidnaps the girl,ties her up to a chair and tries to forcely feed her yet all with the relative cause of just trying to take good care of her…

The final scene(kidnapper taking a shower) lets the viewer know “Alex” is actually a girl..
