I saw this movie when I was a kid.  It had to have been a movie that was either made in the late 80’s or sometime in the 90’s.  All I remember is that there is a guy that persuades his dad to let him borrow the fathers sports car.  Hesitantly the dad let’s him borrow the car, and the guy goes out for the night.  I think he was really interested in a beautiful blonde that he is trying to impress, he somehow ends up giving a ride to a geeky brunette girl with glasses, not sure if they knew each other beforehand in the movie, or if he just offered her a ride and they met then.  I think she vomits at tome point, and says something like,”wam champagne and tacos don’t mix…”  I think she sits on a set of really expensive shades of his, which she may have broken.  The guy gets a bit angry and tells her how expensive the shades are.  Somehow a scratch ends up on his dads blue sports car.  She tells him that she has an uncle that has a body shop, and she knows how to repair the scratch.  She polishes the scratch out with rubbing compound, and he is impressed at the fact that the scratch is now gone.  They are being chased by some guys, I think it was 3 of them.  Jock types, in a convertible of some sort.  Why they are being chased I didn’t know???  She tells the guy to pull into a parking lot, where there is a cop car in the distance.  The jocks follow them into the lot.  The geeky girl approaches the jocks car, and lets the air out of the tires.  While she is doing that she warns them by saying something like,” You touch me, I scream, I scream and the police come over, the police come over they see the beer and you get busted.”  She then leaves with the guy, and the jocks are left in the lot disabled.  She explains to the guy that she has many uncles, and one of them is a cop.  So she knows where all the speed traps in the in the city.  They end up at a house party, where I believe the jocks catch up to them.  And the police show up to the party.  The cop that shows up turns out to be her uncle, who has a talk with the guy she is with and with the jocks.  They leave the party, and the jocks catch up to them once again, they somehow end up in a place where there is a swimming pool and they both get pushed in by the jocks.  After they get out of the pool, the girl takes of her glasses and the guy thinks she is really pretty.  At some point she says something like.”all guys want is a girl with all chest and no brains.”  They part ways, and he is glad that he met her, because he really liked the geeky girl that is now beautiful to him.  He gets home, tosses the car keys into the air out of excitement, and breaks the window to his fathers car.  The movie ends with him calling her, and asking her if she can help him fix the broken window.  To which she replies something like,”no problem.”  That is pretty much all I remember, I can’t find this movie, and I would really like to.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!  Thanks!!!
