Hi! 🙂 The movie I’m thinking of come out in 2005 in the latest. I would guess sometime in the early 2000’s. It’s about this man with black hair who is framed for murder. Then the big twist of the movie is he actually did commit the murder, and then framed himself for it in an effort to “prove” himself innocent. I remember a few random scenes: a woman getting chased in a parking garage, the “framed” man going into a store to buy duct tape and a black ski mask, and that man getting bitten by a dog , which I believe was part of the clues that showed he actually was guilty.
