I don’t remember exactly when I saw it but when I was younger (I’m 30) there was a comedy movie on TV I could never catch from the beginning, but I remember it so well. This kid was younger, I think a freshman in high school, maybe in middle but seems a little age inappropriate, and this hot new girl moves in next door. He of course wants to lose his virginity to her and doesn’t know how to muster the courage or defeat her douchey boyfriend, pretty sure hes a senior,  and drives a car. Along the way you have the parents who hardly know what to do with him, and get an angry at him for some reason and he is saved by his grandfather who pisses himself to distract the parents off his case. He also has an equally nerdy best friend who accepts that he cant get laid and talks about masturbating and drilling a hole in a watermelon. It was a little far fetched for TV, but I dont remember it having nudity or anything like that, and we never had premium movie channels so I dont know?
