I watched this movie about two months ago on Netflix and I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me! A Korean movie released within the last three years, it is a story about a quiet man who moves into a rural neighborhood and opens a bicycle shop, which naturally attracts the neighborhood kids. A girl turns up dead with witnesses placing him at the scene and carrying the girl. An arrest and background check reveals he had a past molestation charge, but due to a lack of evidence, he was released. The girl’s father and the rest of the town conspires and gets revenge by killing the man, right before the police investigation reveals that she accidentally drowned and the shop owner was simply trying to save her life.
