I watched a movie when I was in HS (mid 90s) and it was about a killer who used really dumb objects to kill people, like I’m really certain he killed someone with toothpicks. He made phone calls to people about the murder and used a stupid disguised voice. I think it was meant to be a funny horror movie but not like a Wayans Bros spoof. I don’t know if I watched it on tv or rented it. There was a funny line the killer would say and I used to repeat it all the time. This is bugging me that I can’t remember. Someone please solve this mystery.
