I remember when I was a kid there was this movie where voiced dogs were mating and they had an xray moment where they showed the sperm and egg and it really freaked me out, it was probably around 2005-2008, the voice acting was bad, it had narration, and obviously probably didn’t do very well. There were similar scenes in “look whose talking” the films usually started with a sperm and an egg, in the third film instead of babies they had dogs talking so it might be the one your after, it’s an older film though so that might also explain the bad voice acting, hope it helps
