I remember this movie I watched, It was a sci fi movie. It was about this island, multiple clans of people, some samurai, some random people, and these southern guys on a steam ferry. This boat was going after a blimp in the sky that was trying to complete something. There were also people frozen in some kind of sci fi stuff and they’d be released into the world. It’s not The Island with Ewan McGregor.
I think this has been answered before and it’s probably “Riverworld,” a novel that was adapted into two different TV movies, one in 2003 and one in 2010 (both times, I believe, by the SyFy channel).
I am trying to find a movie set in the 1940s to 1960s about a beautiful woman who killed someone then she works in a diner. Someone from her past finds her, she denies knowing them or denies having the other name. I think the person tries to blackmail her. I just remember the woman standing with the person behind her taunting her. She was afraid they found her. The woman is very beautiful as the screen sirens (beautiful ladies) tend to be.
I thought it was Claudette Colbert or Hedy Lamar or Lana Turner but can’t find any thing related to them. Doesn’t mean it’s not them, I just can’t find anything. I saw the movie maybe 15 years ago, but it was set in the 1940s to 1960s.
