An Italian horror movie (perhaps?) that was dubbed. It was seen by my friend in Sweden when he was younger (around the early to mid-1990s).
A scene from the movie: the Dad was sleeping at night then starts twitching, wakes up, then heads down to the basement to sit at a wall which started bleeding blood.
