It was about 2007 when I saw this movie, it was in color, English, and all I can remember is the death of one girl, think she was blonde, and she was tied to a table and hooked up by some guy and she was either electrocuted or something of her body blew up and that the setting is some sort of an asylum or hospital maybe.
