I saw a movie in which a female WWII French nazi collaborator (aka who slept with German soldiers) was stripped and her head was shaven and humiliated. She had to walk nude on the street of the town.
(Possibly it was not only one female, I don’t remember)

Actually if this happened with Dutch females, then I am not completely sure it was really a French woman. Though this is not the movie I am thinking of. The one I saw depicted a kind of walk of shame for the woman head completely shaven and – as far as I can remember – at least partially, maybe completely nude.
Maybe “Head in the Clouds”? I can’t remember if her public shaming went that far though.
