I watched this on Crackle (the free movie/tv show streaming site) and I think the name had the main character which is a girl- name in it. It was either set in Brazil or Spain and the characters spoke either brazilian, spanish or even italian??? PLOT- So the girl is young and has blonde hair (but she’s definetly not american) and she is with a friend.
