Back in the late 70s, I saw this movie on a Saturday afternoon creature double feature program. I’m certain it was a black & white film probably made in the 1940s or 50s.  All I can recall is watching a man walking briskly down a hill with electric currents surrounding him and he’s wearing a dark business suit and he’s going through the town grabbing sources of electricity in order to stay alive.   I already checked “Man-Made Monster” and “Indestructible Man” both are not the movie for which I’m looking.
