I Don't Know the Name... (unsolved movies)

I saw it on TV in the 90’s (maybe the 2000’s), The 2 thing that I reamember are:

-One story was about a girl (I think she was asian) that fell in love with an adult

-The other one was a fat kid that locks her fat mother in the basement to force her to go on a diet
