I only saw a fragment of this show before the babysitter changed the channel.
Early 80s, on tv. In color, in English.
Some people are buried up to their necks on the beach, so when the tide comes in, they drown. Sounds of tribal drums. Maybe a fire that natives / Native Americans / ? are dancing around.
My sister remembers that a boy and girl were staying with their grandparents. Maybe the grandparents were the ones buried in the sand?
I know they did the beach burial thing in the movie Creepshow, but that’s not what I saw.
