I remember this movie that was an animated kids movie and i always bought the VHS tapes. I don’t remember much only that it was about this girl and her dog. The dogs name was something like Bluebell or Snowball. They took a train to some other weird world,and her sister (I think) was there too. Her sister was rude and annoying though. I remember that at one point the girls had to feed a bunch of children all sitting at a table. The most prominent scene i remember is the sister took the main girls dog and tied it to a tree in the forest. It snowed really hard and the dog got so cold it turned into a flower??Please help, its been bothering me for years.
