Hi i saw this movie on SBS around 2009/10

Its a foreign film around an arty girl who starts having flashbacks of past lives. Turns our she has been one woman this whole time, and when she dies she becomes someone else. Also she falls in love with this man who turns out to be her son, she died giving birth to him in a previous life. The film has lots of door symbols, her father lives on the beach (i think) in the shack. At the end she works as a waitress, lures a man into a room, thinking he is going to sleep with her but she actually poops on his face (its memorable scene), and the end scene is her walking out bashed up but smiling
