All I can remember from this movie (could of been a TV movie) is that there is a guy was tryin to fix a spot on the Mona Lisa Painting with blue paint and ends up covering the whole picture with it and is freaking out. He covers the painting in a cart with some cloth as hes moving down a hallway very nervous. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very much obliged. This has been driving me nuts for about 5-7 yrs now.
