hi everyone. i saw a movie scene poster on wall of a cafe. but i hadnt chance to ask cafe owner: “what is that movie.” so i find here to ask. i hope you could help me.

the movie scene poster that i saw, there is a man. he has angry look. and he has crying eyes. sitting a dark room on a chair. and a desk. i guess he is telling something who listening someone. maybe he is under arrest i m not sure about this.
