I remember that there was a girl in a snowy place. She went to see a doctor, and I think he tried to rape or kill her. But, then she killed him (or if there was someone else who showed up and killed him). I think there was some kind of investigations on the murder of that doctor. At the end of the movie, the girl and the other person who showed up drowned themselves in a lake, and it seems like they did it out of guilt.

I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense. I just couldn’t find it anywhere. I tried searching on Google, but I couldn’t find the movie. AND PLEASE if you know a movie that matches any of the details it doesn’t have to match all of them because i’m not sure. i’ve been searching for a long time for this movie
