I remember this movie that i watched as a child in the early 2000s  it was a childrens animated movie in color in english that we would rent from blockbuster, but i dont know what its called. I think there was a princess who had something stolen (not disney) and its about a boy helping her get it back and they travel all these places and one place has a lady who lives in a shoe. Another place has a man who walks both forward and backward. Another place i think has t men who i think are balloons of different colors in an argument. There also may be humpty dumpty. Hope this helps because i have been trying to figure this out forever.
