I watched this movie most likely during 90s (late 80s movie maybe but idk). It is not a popular movie i guess, never heard of it again. It is about the coming of age of a black haired girl with glasses. I dont remember much unfortunately. She was having problems adopting to her peers, she was into art (movies or books i remember). She was an adopted kid? I am not sure about that, a possibilty.

What i distinctively remember is that she had long black hair and large glasses. And a little chubby – at least she wasnt a skinny one. A shy, unattractive girl and yet it is not “shes all that”, no.
