This was an 80’s movie (I think) about a husband and wife who are required (by one of their companies to attend a “team building” self discovery and self improvement seminar/retreat/class. They people running this class collect peoples wallets and identification and tell them they will only be allowed to leave after they “pass”.  The exercises/scenarios get progressively more abusive.. a fat man ends up in underwear/diapers in a cage and called a pig. It’s announce that the wife is to be raped and the husband has to fight all the attendees to reach his wife and prevent the rape. He succeeds in reaching his wife and then the husband threatens the director of this institute and forces him to let them leave the facility. The husband and wife escape and the director tells the remaining attendees that the “escapees” have just “passed” the test and understand the principle of “O.E.M.” (some three letter thing that was the mantra of this place.)

The actors in this movie are all so familiar, but no big names.
