When I was pretty young in the early or mid 90s I saw a foreign subtitled movie on Austar which I remember as a post-apocalyptic or dystopian film. A small comunity of survivors lived in a big structure (possibly a dome or some ruins?) in a desert landscape. I recall they had ragged and improvised clothing (similar to Mad Max or Waterworld), but I think there were some guns and vehicles. I can’t remember the language but I feel like it was possibly Russian or Eastern European. The actors were caucasian. It wasn’t a children’s film but I remember one of the main characters was a young girl and maybe another was a large, strong guy. My memories are so vague, it’s not much to go on, but a huge thanks to anyone who can help. This has bugged me for years.
