I saw it when I was like 9 I’m 24 now. Always wanted to know what movie it was so here goes the movie took place around hotel/motel this family was being hunted by some guy who could dissolve into water/ice and manipulate it. I don’t think they knew they were being targeted by this guy pretty sure it was a mother father daughter and son.
