I’ve been looking for the title of this movie for years. It did not have any significant actors that I can remember so it may have been a Film for TV type of movie. What I can remember is that it open with a scene of an American (white) mother giving birth only to have the baby die. It was unknown to white mother but next to her was a native American mother giving birth. The native american woman’s birth was successful and decided to give the white women her child….either out of sympathy or autistic purposes.

The next few scenes show the child growing and a few moments of self-discovery of power.

The last thing I remember is boy’s father (adopted?) taking him to tryout for little league baseball.
