Ok so I remember this movie I think it must be from the 70s or early 80s. It begins as live action perhaps. It was in English and colour.
A little girl has moved home or perhaps gone on holiday. The toys come to life in cartoon form and I think they have to recover some money lost from a piggy bank, which is downstairs. This money may have been a birthday present. The toys went on an epic imagined journey through treacherous terrain which was really the house.
I have a vague memory of the toys taking a trip across the blue carpet in a ship.
I cannot not find this film and I would really like to know if I’m just imagining it!
