This is gonna be a tough one. I remember as a little kid watching a movie that had horror elements in it. It had two blond boys staying with an older relative in the country. The relative taught one of the kids how to enter the mind of a bird as it flew overhead and see what it saw. The only line of dialogue I remember is the man saying, “Its a great day for the race!” and one of the kids says, “What race?”, and the man says, “The human race!”
