1940’s Technicolor Comedy about Pinup Artist and Model

I remember seeing a movie on tv many years ago.  It was a technicolor comedy from about 1947 or 1948 about a leg artist a la Vargas and a reluctant young model who poses for him.  Some old lady neighbors think there is hanky panky going on as they see a silhouette on the artists window shade of the model removing her stockings as she gets ready to pose.  At one point the artist and the model go to a dance club where bebop is playing.  A salesgirl is selling dolls who’s dresses can be made to fly up with a push of a button.  Anyone know the name of this movie?  Thanks!
